This upcoming weekend is jam packed full of magic, with a private event, two public shows, and a presentation at the world’s premier magic society. Lots to plan so may put the kettle on.
The magical proceedings kick off on Friday with a private corporate party for an early-Easter event. I’ll be spreading small miracles and wonders, presenting close-up magic as I walk amongst guests, producing chocolate eggs and testing my discipline to not devour them all!
On Saturday, the West End Magic team will be journeying up the country to perform a custom version of our show for the members and guests of the prestigious Hull Magicians’ Circle for their annual dinner at the Middleton Hall, University of Hull. We’ve put together a special 90 minute version of our show for the diners with the incredible talents of gentleman juggler Mat Ricardo as our guest act.
Sunday, sees us journey to the town of Tamworth, as we continue our 2025 tour by performing our full West End Magic theatre show at the Assembly Rooms for a 2:30pm matinee. The show will feature the usual mixture of magic, merriment and mayhem plus the juggling skills and showmanship from Mr Ricardo again.
Then on Monday, I’ll be taking a train to the capital to visit the Magic Circle headquarters to present my thoughts on a mind reading routine to the Magic Circle members in their theatre. I have 20 mins to present all my thoughts on this particular routine, time to start making some notes me thinks.
When Tuesday comes, I may be treat myself to a lie in and a big pot of tea.
